At Trademark Electric, Inc., we have a special offer for our customers. It is the "Customer Service Agreement" The goal was to give you a more dependable electrical system and at the same time SAVE YOU MONEY. Here is how it works:

1. THE DISPATCH FEE - IS WAIVED WHEN WORK QUOTED IS PERFORMED!
   As a Service Agreement Member, normal hours, Monday - Friday, service call fees are applied to the price of the quote when you have us do the work you called us out for, regardless of when the work is done. If we don't, then you are only responsible for the Dispatch Fee.
2. PREFERRED PRICING - SAVE ON AVERAGE 15% OFF *YOUR ELECTRICAL SERVICE BILLS.Service Agreement customers automatically receive the "Premium Rate " from our friendly "CUSTOMER ASSURED PRICING” manual.

3. SERVICE WHEN YOU NEED IT, 24 HOURS A DAY/7 DAYS A WEEK
   We are available to our Service Agreement customer on nights, weekends and holidays.
4. OVERTIME PRICE PROTECTION - Even on nights, weekends, and holidays, you still pay the "Premium Rate" price. Remember, WE CHARGE BY THE JOB, NOT BY THE HOUR, SO YOU SAVE MONEY! You do have to pay the emergency dispatch fee.
5. GO TO THE HEAD OF THE LINE - Your service agreement membership plan increases your electrical system's reliability, but should you need emergency service, your membership plan entitles you to "Go To The Head Of The Line" preferential treatment.
6. EXTENDED WARRANTY - As long as you keep your Service Agreement Membership in continual effect, renew each year and allow our technician to perform the below-described inspection on your electrical system to keep it properly maintained,  All repairs covered under our standard one-year warranty will be extended an additional year. Manufacturer warranties on items installed by us will be serviced by us.
7. PERIODIC INSPECTIONS - If you desire and request it, we will perform one FREE safety inspection. Potential problems are spotted before they cause trouble. That alone SAVES YOU MONEY. If during the inspection we find any repairs that need to be done, they will be offered to you that day for the special add-on price.

WHAT WE WILL DO AT THE PERIODIC INSPECTION.
Anytime during the term of the Service Agreement, you may contact us to set up a convenient time for us to come to your home and perform your FREE inspection. WE PERFORM THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

1. SAFETY CHECK YOUR HOME - Your service technician will walk through your home, inspect, your electrical system, tighten any loose connections.
2. DISTRIBUTION PANEL - Your service technician will, make sure that all connections to fuses/breakers are tight and have the proper over-current to conductor ratio. Visually check the cleanliness and make sure it is free of corrosion. Circuit amperage/voltage readings and panel schedules will be updated for safe accurate identification for safety.
3. SERVICE ENTRANCE - Your service technician will check the service entrance cable and meter to assure safe conditions. He will also inspect the Service Drop from the utility company to make sure it is free of obstructions.
4. ARC FAULT & GROUND FAULT PROTECTION - Your service technician will inspect each GFCI device for proper operation. This includes any pool or spa protection devices. Arc Fault protection devices for bedroom circuits will be inspected for operation and sensitivity.
5. SOLID STATE CIRCUIT PROTECTION - Your service technician will inspect any existing LIGHTNING or SURGE PROTECTION devices installed as well as assess any Solid State Circuit Protection needs.
